When GBMC was looking to create a campaign to honor its nursing workforce, it called upon Glitter Corps. Glitter Corps created a year-long effort that drove the recruitment and retention of nurses. Glitter Corps created the theme, "The Art of Nursing." The Art of Nursing was inspired by the notion that nursing is the art of science, knowledge, and caring, and that what nurses do is an art.

Strategic efforts found their way into two large-scale events that catered to over 800 people. We created a series of videos that followed a day in the life of a nurse. On December 7, GBMC premiered the Art of Nursing FIlm, a 30-minute television special. The Art of Nursing also found its way into social media engagement, signage, branding, and hospital-wide newsletters.
